<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #87 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #17-A, <br />Modifying regulations related to operation of snowmobiles. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance #17-A, item 8) is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />8. During the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day, Sunday <br />through Thursday, 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday, and from 12:01 <br />a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Permitted hours of operation on the day before Thanksgiving, <br />Christmas and New Years Day shall be the same as a Friday. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 3 of Ordinance # 17 - A, shall be amended to add an item 13 as <br />follows: <br /> <br />13. Along or upon any roadway except for the sole purpose of leaving and <br />returning to a place of residence provided that such travel is limited to the shortest <br />possible route between the residence and a restaurant or a gasoline filling station <br />or between a residence and a place where the snowmobile may be legally used. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 3 of Ordinance #17-A, shall be amended to add an item 14 as <br />follows: <br /> <br />14. On any street or public property when the drive track is equipped with metal <br />studs. <br /> <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
