<br />7. Erosion and sediment control measures - Methods to be used to control <br />erosion and sedimentation on the site, both during and after the <br />construction process. <br />8. Permanent stabilization -How the site will be stabilized after construction <br />is completed, including specifications. <br />9. Stormwater management - How storm runoff will be managed, including <br />methods to be used if the development will result in increased peak rates <br />of runoff. <br />10. Maintenance - Schedule of regular inspections and repair of erosion and <br />sediment control structures. <br />11. The City Administrator or designee shall fOlWard copies of the <br />application to the City Council for review upon receipt of all necessary <br />information. <br />Planning Commission Referral.
