<br />Section 410 - DISTRICTS (revised 5/17/04) <br /> <br />410.01 Division of City into Districts. The City of Centerville is divided into the <br />following zoning districts: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Residential. <br /> (a) R-1 Rural Residential 10 Acres <br /> (b) R-2A Single Family Residential 11,500 SF <br /> (c) R-2 Single Family Residential 15,000 SF <br /> (d) R-4 Single Family Manufactured 7,500 SF <br /> (e) R-5 Single Family Estate 17,500 SF <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />B-1: Commercial District. See Section 421. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. <br /> <br />1-1: Industrial. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />P-1: Public/Semi-Public. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. <br /> <br />M-l; Mixed Use. See Section 420. <br /> <br />410.02 Zoning Map. The location and boundaries of the City ofCenterville's zoning <br />districts are designated in the City's Zoning Map and all notations, references and <br />data shown on the Zoning Map are hereby adopted by reference and declared to <br />be part of this Ordinance as the Official Zoning Map. <br /> <br />The City of Centerville Zoning Map shall be on permanent file and available for <br />public inspection in the City Hall. It shall be the responsibility of the City Clerk <br />to maintain and keep the Zoning Map up to date and to record each amendment <br />thereto within 30 days after official publication of the ordinance adopting the <br />amendment. <br /> <br />410.03 District Boundaries. The boundaries between districts are, unless otherwise <br />indicated, intended to follow parallel or perpendicular to lot lines, the centerlines <br />of streets, alleys, waterways or rights-of-way or property lines, or such lines as <br />extended. <br /> <br />410.04 Yards. Generally, the minimum depth of a yard for each District shall be as <br />defined in its respective Section as described in this Ordinance #4. <br /> <br />a.
