Snow-stop fencing may be used from November I <br />to April 1 and will not require a permit. <br /> <br />Electric and Barbed Wire Fence. Electric fences, hog wire fencing, <br />barbed wire fencing, and similar fencing will be allowed only in the R-l <br />Zoning District. <br /> <br />Construction and Maintenance. Every fence must be constructed in a <br />substantial manner and of substantial material, reasonably suitable for <br />the purpose for which the fence is intended. The finished side or fencing <br />material of a fence must face toward adjacent property or a street or alley <br />and the post and framework for the fence must be on the inwardly facing <br />side. <br /> <br />Every fence must be maintained in a condition of reasonable repair and <br />may not by reason of age, decay, accident or otherwise, be allowed to <br />become or remain in a state of disrepair so as to be or tend to be a <br />nuisance, causing injury to the public or any abutting property. Any <br />fence which is dangerous by reason of its construction or state of <br />disrepair or is otherwise if1jurious to public safety, health or welfare will <br />be declared to be a nuisance and ordered removed. <br /> <br />Traffic View. No fence may be installed which creates visual <br />obstructions at any intersection, alley, driveway or street for safe <br />vehicular, bicycle or pedestrian movement. <br /> <br />422.08 Parking Requirements. All property in the City must comply with the following parking <br />requirements. The City may modify minimum parking requirements in the M-l District as <br />part ofthe Site Plan Approval process, if it is determined that the use is consistent with the <br />purpose of the district and street parking is sufficient to accommodate the use. All property <br />in the City must comply with the following on-site parking requirements. <br /> <br />Subd. J. <br /> <br />Subd.2. <br /> <br />Parking Spaces. <br />(a.) Parking spaces must be at least 9 feet by ! 8 feet in the Zoning <br />Districts of B-1, I and the commercial uses in M-l. Parking <br />spaces must be clearly marked and painted. <br /> <br />(b.) All vehicles parked on any lot in any Zoning District must be <br />parked on a surface paved with asphalt or bituminous material, <br />concrete, cement, brick, or other paved surface. <br /> <br />(c.) Any vehicle without current state registration must be parked in a <br />garage or other allowable building. <br /> <br />Minimum number of Parking Spaces. <br />(a.)
