<br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />(b.) Churches, theaters, restaurants must have a number of parking <br />spaces which is not less than 1 parking space per 3 seats. <br /> <br />(c.) Schools must have 1 parking space per classroom plus 1 parking <br />space per 3 seats in the largest assembly. <br /> <br />(d.) Office units must have 5 parking spaces per 1,000 SF of gross <br />floor space. <br /> <br />(e.) Retail units must have 6 parking spaces per 1,000 SF of gross <br />floor space. <br /> <br />(f.) Convenience stores must have 7 parking spaces per 1,000 SF of <br />gross floor area. <br /> <br />(g.) General services units must have 4 parking spaces per 1,000 SF <br />of gross floor area. <br /> <br />(h.) Trade business, manufacturing, and other industrial uses must <br />have three (3) parking spaces per 1,000 SF of gross floor area. <br /> <br />(i.) Car wash businesses must have 5 stacking spaces per bay. <br /> <br />(j.) Drive -Up Restaurants must have 5 stacking spaces plus 1 <br />parking space per 3 seats. <br /> <br />General Parking Regulations. <br /> <br />(a.) When a building is enlarged, additional off-street parking shall be <br />required only with respect to the additional usable floor area. <br />Parking spaces may be located on a lot other than that containing <br />the principal use with the approval of the City Council. <br /> <br />(b.) No parking area or spaces used or designated in connection with <br />a building in existence on the effective date of this Ordinance <br />shall be reduced to provide fewer than the minimum number of <br />parking spaces as required under this Ordinance. <br /> <br />(c.) Minimum requirements for off-street loading shall include: <br /> <br />] .
