<br />(g.) All parking in all zoning districts and loading areas shall provide <br />for proper drainage of surface water to prevent the drainage of <br />such water onto adjacent properties or walkways. <br /> <br />(h.) All off-street parking areas shall have access from driveways <br />rather than from public streets. Driveway access shall be limited <br />to twenty-four (24) foot width at the street line. <br /> <br />(i.) All required ingress/egress points, driveways and parking areas <br />shall be paved with asphalt, concrete, pavers, cobblestone, or <br />similar material according to minimum City specifications, <br />excluding R-l Districts. Driveways may not exceed a twenty- <br />four (24) foot width at the street line. <br /> <br />G.) Required on-site parking space shall be provided on the same lot <br />as the principal building or use, except that combined or joint <br />parking facilities may be provided for two (2) or more buildings <br />or uses in the Commercial District and the Industrial District, <br />provided that the total number of spaces is not less than the sum <br />of the requirements for each building or use. The proposed joint <br />parking space shall be within four hundred (400) feet of the <br />entrance ofthe use it will serve. A properly drawn legal <br />instrument, approved by the City, executed by the parties <br />concerned, for joint use of the off-street parking facilities shall be <br />filed with the County Recorder's office. <br /> <br />422.09 Outside Storage. <br />All products, materials and equipment, except as specifically provided in this <br />Ordinance, shall be stored within structures as allowed by this Ordinance, <br />except for the following: <br /> <br />Subd. I. <br /> <br />Residential Districts and Dwellings in the M-I Districts. <br />(a.) Agricultural products, equipment and appurtenances owned by <br />the owner of the property and used on the property on which they <br />are kept. <br /> <br />(b.) All licensed and operational motor vehicles shall be parked on <br />the permitted driveway area. Any non-licensed, non-operational <br />vehicles must be stored in an enclosed structure. <br /> <br />(c.) A maximum of two (2) ofthe following units may be stored <br />outside of a structure for more than forty-eight (48) hours on any <br />residential parcel provided they are stored on the permitted <br />driveway area outside ofthe road right-of-way or are in a side or <br />rear yard. <br /> <br />1.
