<br />undeveloped land. Impervious surfaces shall include graveled <br />driveways and parking areas. <br /> <br />Subd. 80. Industrial Park. A planned, coordinated development of a tract of <br />land with two (2) or more separate industrial buildings. Such <br />development is planned, designed, constructed, and managed on an <br />integrated and coordinated basis with special attention given to on- <br />site vehicular circulation, parking, utility needs, building design <br />and orientation, and open space. <br /> <br />Subd.8l. Intensive Commercial Agricultural Use. <br /> <br />Subd. 82. Junk Yard. Property where waste, discarded and/or salvaged <br />materials are bought, sold, stored, exchanged, cleaned, packed, <br />disassembled or handled. <br /> <br />Subd. 83. Kennel. Commercial. Any premises which are kept and <br />maintained for the business of selling. boarding, breeding, <br />showing, or treating dogs and any place where five (5) or more <br />dogs over the age of six (6) months of age are habitually kept. <br /> <br />Subd. 84. Land Reclamation. Land upon which 25 cubic yards or more of <br />fill material (rock, concrete, bituminous concrete or sand) is <br />deposited. <br /> <br />Subd. 85. Land Removal. Land upon which 100 cubic yards or more of soil <br />or subsoil material is removed, not including material excavated <br />for the purpose of constructing basements, footings or foundations. <br /> <br />Subd. 86. Landscaping. The aesthetic improvement ofland by the <br />arrangement of plantings and/or decorative features such as fences <br />and walls. <br /> <br />Subd. 87. Light Manufacturing. The processing and fabrication of certain <br />materials and products where no process involved will produce <br />. noise, vibrations, air pollution, fire hazard or noxious emissions <br />which will disturb or endanger neighboring properties. <br /> <br />Subd. 88. Lot. A platted parcel of land intended to be separately owned, <br />developed, and otherwise used as permitted in the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Subd. 89. Lot Area. The area of a lot in a horizontal plane, exclusive of <br />contours, bounded by the vertical planes through front, side and <br />rear lot lines, but excluding any area which constitutes public <br />waters, public streets, or other rights-of-way. <br /> <br />9 <br />
