<br />b.) All business activities and storage shall take place <br />within the structure; and <br /> <br />c.) There shall be no alteration to the exterior ofthe <br />residential dwelling, accessory building or yard that <br />in any way alters the residential character of the <br />premises; and <br /> <br />d.) The occupation shall not be visible or audible from <br />any property line; and <br /> <br />e.) The occupation may involve limited retail sales or <br />rental of products on the premises, provided all <br />stock associated with the occupation is completely <br />enclosed in the principal structure. Retail <br />merchandise may not constitute more than fifty <br />percent (50%) of the principal structure square <br />footage; and <br /> <br />f.) <br /> <br />Unless completely enclosed within an approved <br />structure, no vehicle used in the conduct of the <br />occupation shall be parked, stored or otherwise <br />present at the premises other than such as is <br />customarily used for domestic or household <br />purposes. (See section 130-140 Outside Storage.); <br />and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />g.) Only on-site, off-street parking facilities typically <br />associated with a residence shall be used; and <br /> <br />h.) The conduct of an occupation or the use of <br />substances which may be hazardous to or in any <br />way jeopardize the health, safety or welfare of <br />neighbors and neighboring property shall not be <br />permitted. <br /> <br />i.) A commercial building occupied as more of less temporary <br />abiding place of individuals who are lodged with or without meals <br />for compensation and in which there are more than ten (10) <br />sleeping rooms usually occupied singly, and in which no provision <br />is made for cooking in any individual apartment. <br /> <br />Subd. 79.
