<br />. . <br /> <br />In the event of a violation of this Interim Ordinance, the City may institute appropriate <br />actions or proceedings, including requesting injunctive relief to prevent, restrain, correct <br />or abate such violations. <br /> <br />SEPARABILITY <br /> <br />Every section, provision or part of this Interim Ordinance is declared separable from <br />every section, provision or part of this Interim Ordinance is adjudged to be invalid by a <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate any other section, <br />provision or part of this Interim Ordinance. <br /> <br />DURATION <br /> <br />This Interim Ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption by the City Council and shall <br />remain in effect until the date of the adoption by the City Council of the amendments to <br />official controls contemplated hereunder or twelve (12) months, which ever occurs first. <br />City Council may extend this twelve (12) month period for such additional periods as <br />deems appropriate, not exceeding a total additional period of eighteen (18) months. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Centerville this 12th day of February, 2003. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />(Signature on File) <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />(Signature on File) <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Published in the Quad Community Press on February 25, 2003 <br />
