City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 28, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2.March 14, 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated that on page 5 of 13, line 6, replace “needed” with “at this time is” to <br />reflect a change requested by Mr. Amundsen. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra requested that “on CSAH 14 from Dupre Road to Mill Road – No parking <br />for eastbound side of roadway” be inserted into the language for Res. #07-011. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked to change the motion to reflect made by “Council Member Lee, <br />seconded by Councilmember Paar” for the approval of Res. #07-011. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked to add, just before adjournment, “City Attorney Glaser distributed the <br />citizen input documents related to the Hanzal Subdivision to the Council.” <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />the March 14, 2007 Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />3.March 21, 2007 City Council Joint Committee/Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Capra requested that language be added that Planning & Zoning members <br />Jennefer Klennert Hunt and Bob Wright were absent and that Parks & Recreation <br />members Carrie Jakober and Lori Harris were also absent. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />the March 21, 2007 City Council Joint Committee/Commission Meeting Minutes as <br />amended. Vote: 3 Ayes, 0 Nays, 2 Abstained (Councilmember Broussard and <br />Councilmember Lee). Motion carried <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville March 15, 2007 through March 28, 2007 Claims <br /> <br />2.Centennial Fire District Expenditures through March 20, 2007 <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee to approve the <br />Consent Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br /> <br />1.Mr. Greg Kieselhorst, Centerville Lions <br /> <br />a.Request for Funds – 2007 Fete des Lacs/Sesquicentennial Celebration <br /> <br />Mr. Kieselhorst appeared before Council and presented them with a Lion’s Club budget. <br />He stated that the Lions desired to include additional events due to the Sesquicentennial <br />celebration. Mr. Kieselhorst specified by stating that the Lions would like to add six <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />
