Mr. Larson stated that the <br />County is proposing purchasing property and acquiring the easements outlined on the site <br />map. Mr. Larson stated that the property owner has concerns as to whether he will retain <br />enough property to have a buildable site or not Mr. Williamson reported that <br />negotiations with the County have resulted in a proposed lot split. Mr. Larson stated that <br />the lot appears to meet the minimum lot size and the exceptions requirement to justify not <br />co..d11di"B a formal platting process. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra questioned the location of the rights-of~way. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson pointed out the location on the site map. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra questioned the location of the temporary easement and wetlands on the <br />pmperty. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson pointed out the locations on the site map and stated that Mr. <br />Williamson would probably need to fill the lot to some extent. <br /> <br />CounciImember Broussard stated a great deal of discussion took place at the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission meeting regarding the requirements to be met prior to a home <br />being built. She commented that the setback line would be from the house to the <br />property line. <br /> <br />CounciImember Lee questioned whether the plAnning & Zoning Commission passed a <br />motion forward to Council for approval unanimously. <br /> <br />CounciImember Broussard replied it did. She indicated that the Planning and Zoning <br />CommiAAioners were quite concerned that the lot be buildable after the split.
