To: Parks and Recreation Committee Members From: Kim Stephan Subject: Update on Outstanding Issues Qity Administrator, Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that the Trail Map Brochures be placed on the agenda for discussion. City Engineer, Mr. Tom Peterson inquired as to whether a decision had been reached in regards to this item in the past. The following is an update of the outstanding issues discussed at the previous meeting. The Wheels Park Insurance Claim Ms. Moore-Sykes forwarded the attached SunRamp Solutions invoice and police report to the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust and the City is awaiting response in regards to this issue. The value of the ramp is $2,195.00. I talked to the claims adjuster on Wednesday, February 27,2002 who called requesting a copy of the police- report. This had been preViously mailed and faxed, but he did not have it in his file. He was leaving on vacation, but reported he would be out in the next few weeks to take pictures of the park. MeetilU! Minutes Subsequent to the previous meeting, Ms. Bender has informed me that she has been e-maiHng minutes to Committees/Commissions on a monthly basis. Ms. Bender did state that previously, minutes were not always timely and with restructuring and additional staff it is anticipated that this will no longer be the case.
