As we bad discussed on the phone, having a program every Tuesday would be a little <br />tough for us due to staff constraints, but we should be able to work it out <br /> <br />One suggestion I would have tor this year is to shorten the progrcuns to one hour and have two sessions. <br />This would allow us to better deal with large numbers. Also, two hours was a little long for most of the <br />activities we did last year. 1 would like to keep the canoeing and biking! swimming programs two hours <br />however. Having pre-n:gistration and limiting the numbers (depending nn the type of program and the <br />amount of staff available) will also help alleviate some ofthe problems &om last year. <br /> <br />0- <br /> <br />One reason we had too large of groups last year was because there were groups allowed in like the <br />Apple Academy. 1 would suggest setting up separate programs for them. This will keep registration <br />open for families and still allow those larger groups to take advantage of your programs. <br /> <br />As far as costs for the programs; we would charge $SO for two I-hour programs, and 575 for two-hour <br />canoeing programs. We could also do additional hour programs (depending on demand) for an <br />additional $25 per hour. <br /> <br />As far as types of programs to offer, 1 thought the canoeing, biking/swimming, game!;~ and ecology <br />programs went well last year. We can meet to discuss specifics on topics for each week, and size limits <br />for each program. <br /> <br />1 hope all of this is of some help to you.
