<br />Parks &; Recreation Meetiog Minutes 06-05"()2 <br /> <br />Committee Member LeBlanc bad suggested a few cosmetic changes, which <br />Committee Member Seeley implemented. Committee Member Seeley will get a <br />copy of the brochure to Ms. Stephan and copies will be printed at City Hall. The <br />brochures will be displayed on the counter and in the materials display at City Hall. <br /> <br />8. Co1lll13' Road 14/4 Lane Hie;hway <br /> <br />There is currently nothing to report on the County Road 14 expansion. <br /> <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Eagle Pass Townhome Association - Animal LeasblCleanqp SiflTl~ <br /> <br />The Parks and Recreation Committee does not wish to be involved in this project. <br />If problems persist, the police should be called to enforce the animal ordinance. The <br />suggestion was if Eagle 'Pass T ownhom.e Association is willing to pay for the signs, <br />perhaps it should be brought to council to determine if Public Works Staff can <br />install the signs. <br /> <br />2. Park Tour - Lists of Needed Trqprovements <br /> <br />Chairperson DeVine had requeSted each committee member prepare a list of all <br />projects they would like to see done in the future, if money were not an object. All <br />lists were put on the board and rated as to which required money, time or both. The <br />projects that fell under Public Works Maintenance were removed and Committee <br />Member Peterson said he would see they were done as time permitted. Ms. Stephan <br />will transcribe the list and e-mail to each committee member. This will be put on <br />the next agenda. <br /> <br />Due to the July 4th Holiday, the Parks and Recreation committee will reschedule <br />the July 3rd meeting for Monday, July 8, 2002. Ms. Stephan will ensure the change <br />is noticed. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Chairperson <br />DeVine, to adjourn the June 5, 2002 Parks and Recreation Meeting at 8:52 <br />p.m. All in Favor: Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Transcnbed by Kim.
