No watering or fertilization is required or necessary. <br />Inevitably, a few plants will not live through the first year or second year. Use this opportunity to replant or <br />seed the area with species that are propagating. The cost of installing and maintaining a Rain Garden can <br />be considerably less than installing or replacing turfgrass (Table 1).
