Sergeant Aldrich # 1 04
Centennial Lakes Police Department
54 North Rd
Circle Pines, MN 55014
(763) 784-2501

May 6, 2007

To: Dallas Larson
Re: Monthly review of Centerville activity

Dallas,

This report is for the month of April. I am not working on May 9, so I do not plan
on attending the council meeting.

There were no major incidents reported during the month of April. There was a
vandalism at Lamotte park, which resulted in over $200 worth of damage. There are no
suspects known at this time. Vandalism was reported at the Progress Apartments where
four tires were smashed. The incident was believed to have been retaliation from a
neighbor domestic. No suspects were located. There was a theft of a pontoon dock and
trailer from a residence on Centerville Lake.

There were two Dill arrests made in April. There were 165 vehicle stopped for
traffic violations, and 53 occupants were cited for miscellaneous violations. The officers
continued speed enforcement on Mill Rd, and no citations were issued. I hope our
presence has deterred speeding.

The CSO's continued to be extremely productive in ordinance enforcement. Their
efforts assisted in keeping the quality of life higher in the city of Centerville. The topic of
focus in April was having visible addresses on residences. Along with Officer Dixon, the
CSO's had been advising the residents who were not in compliance.

On April 13, CLPD hosted Operation Nightcap. Enclosed are the results of that
project. Several officers from other agencies saturated the Centennial Lakes and Lino
Lakes' areas. I would say that the results were quite impressive.
