City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 11, 2007 <br /> <br />Mayor Capra and City Administrator Larson will look at possible dates. <br /> <br /> <br />4.Parade <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee reported that Anoka County is hesitant to approve the use of CSAH <br />14 for the parade. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson commented he thought they would get approval from Anoka <br />County. He stated the City needs to submit a traffic management plan. <br /> <br />Parade route discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee stated he needs the City logo on a .jpg file. He commented mailers <br />would be ready for mailing at the end of April or the first part of May. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked City Administrator Larson to add the I35 W/E on Thursday, April 19, <br />2007, at 7:00 p.m. to the meeting list. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee asked City Engineer Statz about a contractor coming in to repair a <br />sewer line in the Peltier Preserve Subdivision. <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz replied the contractor would be fixing this and a letter stating such is <br />forthcoming. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated the Police Commission met and officers would be interviewing nine <br />applicants this weekend. <br /> <br />Council member Lee stated one officer and a CSO would be hired. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra mentioned the interviews for the Economic Development Authority (EDA) <br />th <br />on April 18. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the interviews. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated he would contact the interviewees with the schedule for <br />th <br />interviews beginning at 6:00 p.m. on April 18. <br /> <br />XI ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to adjourn the <br />April 11, 2007 City Council Meeting at 7:58 p.m. All in favor.
