He explained that the wording would change to reference something more <br />specific and take out or note that an ordinance is in place. <br /> <br />city Administrator Larson stated that he would find out what the Housing Action Plan is <br />referring to. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that he would make additional changes and have them <br />ready for the planner. Clutpter 154.170 <br />PAmng Reqpirements. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the ordinance adds another section of industrial. <br />He stated that each case would be looked at individually relative to parking. He <br />explained that land would be placed into a landscaped reserve to be converted to parking <br />should the planned use change the parking requirements. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard questioned the manufacturing numbers for parking. <br /> <br />city Administrator Larson replied that surrounding areas are all different.
