Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Commemorative Merchandise for Sesquicentennial. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that Staff worked hard to come up with ideas for <br />commemorative merchandise and final details are forthcoming. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard, seconded by Council Member Lee, to table <br />consideration of Commemorative Merchandise for the Sesquicentennial. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Sesquicentennial Photo Budget Authorization. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard, seconded by Council Member Paar, to <br />approve $90 for Mr. Randy Larson, Can Dad Camera, to take pictures at the All- <br />School Reunion. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4.Resolution #07-016 City of Centerville’s Sponsorship of Redevelopment Grant <br />Program (DEED) Submission. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that this is a formality related to the grant awarded <br />for the Sponsorship of the Redevelopment Grant Program Department of Employment <br />and Economic Development (DEED) Submission. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Broussard, to <br />approve Resolution #07-016, a Resolution for the City of Centerville’s Sponsorship <br />of the January 31, 2007 Submittal of a Grant to the Redevelopment Grant Program <br />of the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />5.Hidden Spring Park (1601 LaMotte Drive) Update. <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz updated Council on the status of the project and project bids. He <br />explained the cost estimates for each budget item and emphasized that these are only <br />estimates. He commented that all the amenities discussed by Mr. Kevin Amundsen, <br />Vice-Chair, Parks and Recreation Committee, are included in the budget. He stated that <br />bids would be available for review in approximately two weeks. <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz distributed copies of the plans to the Council members. <br /> <br />Page 5 of 9 <br />
