Mr. Larson stated he would honor the costs <br />quoted in the letter, noting the new quote for Option A is $1,500. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated that the one aerial photo would be of the parade during the <br />Sesquicentennial Celebration. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee stated that he would like photos of the downtown as it currently is <br />and again next year after redevelopment. <br /> <br />Councilmember Paar stated that he would like to focus on Saturday of the <br />Sesquicentennial. He questioned whether night shots of the fireworks could be taken. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson replied that he would take photos of the fireworks. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Council members agreed to the photos at Fete des Lacs, the Sesquicentennial parade, one <br />photo in the fall, and the 2008 ice fishing event. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked Mr. Larson to work with City Administrator Larson to formalize the <br />final bid. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated that residents could sign up separately for individual aerial photos <br />if the choose. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson stated that he would be back in two weeks to take photos of the City Council <br />and former Centerville Mayors. <br /> <br />Councilmember Paar recommended that Mr. Larson return in two weeks with a new <br />proposal and the total cost. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson requested that Mr. Larson have a separate invoice for each <br />event for payment purposes. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked Mr. Larson to work with the City Administrator and City Attorney on <br />the copyright issues. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.LaCompany Reenactment Group Proposal for Fete des Lacs/1601 LaMotte Drive. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated that LaCompany would present a fur trade interpretive event on <br />Saturday, August 4, 2007 and Sunday, August 5, 2007.
