At the request of the <br />Mayor, I have put together a scope of services outline and fee estimate for review of the revised <br />architectural drawings of the Public Works Building and Site Plan. <br /> <br />Buildinq <br />We would review the general layout of the building (floor plan) along with elevations and other <br />architectural details for issues relating to the City's planned use for the building. Our review would NOT <br />cover Structural, Electrical or Mechanical drawings. <br /> <br />Fee Estimate - 55,000 <br /> <br />Site <br />For this work we propose two options. <br /> <br />The owner's architect/engineer could revise the site plan based on direction given by the public works <br />department.
