CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION & MEETING <br /> May 23, 2007 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on May 23, 2007, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Mary Capra <br /> Council Member Tom Lee <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member Michelle Lakso <br /> Council Member Linda Broussard <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />None. <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />City Administrator Dallas Larson <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br />City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the May 23, 2007, City Council meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Capra requested the following changes: add Item 13a to Item 1 of the Consent <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra verbalized the changes to New Business: add Item 1 Resolution #07-XXX; <br />A Resolution Declaring Adequacy of Petition for Improvement of Part of Old Mill Road, <br />add Item 2 Resolution #07-018; A Resolution Ordering Improvement of Part of Old Mill <br />Road. Item 1 will now be Item 3, Item 2 will now be Item 4 and Item 3 will now be Item <br />5, and add Item 6 Approval of Grant Agreement (DEED–Downtown Redevelopment. <br /> <br />st <br />Mayor Capra added Item 1 Status of 21 Avenue/Backage Road Condemnation to the <br />Closed Session agenda. <br /> <br />st <br />Mayor Capra deleted Item 3, Status of 21 Avenue/Backage Road Condemnation from <br />the Work Session agenda and added Public Works Space Needs Alternatives. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Broussard, to <br />approve the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
