<br />engineer shall schedule a pre-construction meeting at a mutually agreeable time in the City <br /> <br />Council chambers with all parties concerned, including the City's consulting engineer and <br /> <br />inspector, to review the program for the construction work. Within thirty (30) days after the <br /> <br />completion of the Developer Improvements and before the Security is released, the Developer shall <br /> <br />supply the City with a complete set of reproducible "as constructed" plans for each improvement, <br /> <br />and two complete sets of blue line "as constructed" plans in electronic format AutoCAD, *.DWG, <br /> <br />* .DXF or *. PDF file, all prepared in accordance with City standards using Anoka County NAD83 <br /> <br />coordinates. Before the Security for the completion of Developer Improvements is released in <br /> <br />total, iron monuments must be installed in accordance with Minn. Stat. ~ 505.02. The <br /> <br />Developer's surveyor shall submit a written notice to the City certifying that the monuments <br /> <br />have been installed. <br /> <br />WARRANTY. The Developer warrantees all Developer Improvements constructed by it <br />pursuant to this Agreement for a period of two years after submitting the "as constructed" plans. <br />9. PERMITS. The Developer shall obtain or require its contractors and <br />subcontractors to obtain all necessary permits, including but not limited to: <br /> <br />. Anoka County for county permits (if any) <br />. NPDES Permit for Grading and Erosion Control <br />. MPCA for Hazardous Material Removal and Disposal <br />. DNR for Dewatering <br />. Rice Creek Watershed District Permits <br />. Wetland Conservation Act Permits <br />. City of Centerville for Building Permits <br />. City of Centerville Soil and Erosion Control Permits (Grading) <br />. City of Centerville Permits for Utilities such as gas, phone, electric, cable TV <br /> <br />10. TIME OF PERFORMANCE. The Developer shall install all Developer <br /> <br />Improvements set forth in the Plans by December 1, 2008. Public Improvements, with the <br /> <br />exception of the final wear course of asphalt on streets shall be completed by December 1, 2007. <br /> <br />The final wear course on streets must be installed no later than December 1, 2008.
