<br />Anoka County and/or any other governmental agency with applicable jurisdiction, so long as <br /> <br />their requirements are consistent with the Plans. The Developer's engineer shall provide for on- <br /> <br />site project management. The Developer or its engineer shall schedule a pre-construction <br /> <br />meeting at a mutually agreeable time in the City Council chambers with all parties concerned, <br /> <br />including the City's consulting engineer and inspector, to review the program for the <br /> <br />construction work. Before the Security for the completion of Developer Improvements <br /> <br />is released in total, iron monuments must be installed in accordance with Minn. Stat. ~ 505.02. <br /> <br />The Developer's surveyor shall submit a written notice to the City certifying that the monuments <br /> <br />have been installed. <br /> <br />WARRANTY. The Developer warrantees all Developer Improvements constructed by it <br /> <br />pursuant to this Agreement for a period of two years after submitting the "as constructed" <br /> <br />plansagainst poor materials aad faulty '.vorkmansmp. <br />9. PERMITS. The Developer shall obtain or require its contractors and <br />subcontractors to obtain all necessary permits, including but not limited to: <br /> <br />. Anoka County for county permits (if any) <br />. NPDES Permit for GmdiBg S:Bd EmsieH. Coo1reIStorm Water Discharge <br />. MPCA for Hazardous Material Removal and Disposal <br />. DNR for Dewatering <br />. Rice Creek Watershed District Permits <br />. Wetland Conservation Act Permits <br />. City of Centerville for Building Permits <br />. City of Centerville Soil and Erosion Control Permits (Grading) <br />.
