Pheasant Marsh 3rd Addition (000616-03134-0). A walk-thru inspection of the project site <br />will be conducted next week before the wear course is scheduled The walk-thru will be <br />completed with the Developer, Public Works Staj]; and Bonestroo. James R. Hill has submitted <br />the Record PIan Drawings and will be reviewed by the Public Works Staff and Bonestroo. <br /> <br />2. Hunters Crossing 3rd Addition (000616-05141-0). The Record Plans were completed by <br />Bones1roo and delivered to the Public Works Staff. A walk-thru inspection will be conducted <br />with the Contractor, Public Works, and Bonestroo within a couple of weeks before the wear <br />course is scheduled <br /> <br />3. 21st AvenuelBaekage Road (000616-05143-0). The contractor has completed their work. <br />Wear course; striping, and signing are all now completed Some areas have been reseeded <br />because of inadequate growth. Bonestroo is working towards closing this project out. The <br />Backage Road is now openfor trajJic[------ <br /> <br />4. 2006 Storm Water Analysis (000616-06146-0). On hold until the 2009 Street Project is better <br />defined. <br /> <br />5. Old Mill Road Improvements (000616-06147-0). Bids have been oPened Waiting on the <br />contract to be awarded before construction will be started <br /> <br />6. Fairview Street Improvements (000616-06148-0). Contractor has completed the sand, <br />gravel, and C1Db on the cul-de-sac portion of the project. He is currently constructing the turn <br />lane. Paving is scheduled for next week. <br /> <br />7. Block 7 Redevelopment Grading and Utility Improvements (000616-06152-0). All <br />underground installation is completed. Contractor has a few. items that need to be finished for <br />acceptance. <br /> <br />8. CenterviDe Townoftiee Park 2nd Addition (000616-06152-0). Construction is underway. <br />Underground Contractor has been onsite doing their utility work. <br /> <br />9. "an~l's Addition (000616-06154-0). On hold until the Old Mill Road improvements are <br />approved. <br /> <br />10. mdden Spring Park (000616-07155-0). Veit Construction has completed a large portion of <br />the project. Most of the grading, tree removal/trimming, pipe work and shoreline restoration <br />are completed Footings for the pavilion will be poured soon. <br /> <br />11. Downtown Overhead Power Relocation (000616-07156-0). Clearwater powerlines is in <br />limbo tmlil Xcel gets it back on their schedule. When CSAH 14 slipped they took advantage of <br />that to schedule other work ahead of this. <br />
