<br />~-., <br /> <br />SUBDIVISIONIDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Clearwater Creek Estates <br />THIS SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") dated . 2007 by <br />and between the CITY OF CENTERVILLE, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"), and <br />Jeff and Laura RBn7.a1 (the "Developer"). <br />1. REQUEST FOR PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. The <br />Developer has asked the City to approve a final plat and Development for Clearwater Creek <br />Estates Addition as the "Plat"). The land ("Land") is situated in the County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota, and is legally described on the attached Exhibit A. <br />2. CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. The City hereby <br />approves the final Plat on condition that the Developer enter into this Agreement, furnish the <br />security required by it, and record the Plat with the County Recorder or Registrar of Titles within <br />sixty (60) days after the City Council approves the final Plat. If the final Plat is not recorded <br />within the sixty (60) days, the approval of the Plat is void, unless a written request for an <br />extension is submitted to the City Administrator before the sixty (60) days expire, and is <br />approved by the City Council. <br />3. RIGHT TO PROCEED.
