Normal = No change from last report. 1. Pheasant Marsh 3rd Addition (000616-03134-0). The Contractor has been given a complete punch list created by the City and Bonestroo. They have completed their curb replacement and have afew oIMr things to complete before we consider authorizing paving the wear course and closing the project out. z. Hunten Crossing 3rd Addition (000616-05141-0). An inspection of 1M project was completed on all items above ground The Contractor win remove their inlet protection and OUT inspectors will complete the inspections of the underground utilities. Once the Contractor finishes the curb replacement and some other punch list items we will consider authorizing wear course paving. 3. 21st AvenuelBaekage Road (000616-05143-0). The project is very close to being finished completely. The ContT~tor has completed everything other than a couple items on their punch list. The wear course and striping have been completed. The road is currently open to all trqfjic. Once the Contractor has completed everything on their list aflnal walk-through by the City and Bonestroo we be scheduled. 4. 2006 Storm Water Analysis (000616-06146-0). On hold until the 2009 Street Project is better defined. 5. Old Mill Road Improvements (000616-06147-0). The project contract has been awarded to Precision Ercavating. We are working on getting the Contracts completed. A pre-construction cmiference was held where the Contractor explained his plans to start with clearing and grubbing work so the private utilities can start their relocation work The Contractor anticipates starting construction near the middle to end of August. 6. Fairview Street Improvements (008616-06148-0). Contractor has completed curb and gutter and base COUTse paving. The Contractor is working on the restoration, ditch grading, and raising iron along with getting the televising topes and reports completed Once that work is completed they will pave the wear course per OUT discussion at the last Council meeting. 7. BIoek 7 Redevelopment Grading and Utility Improvements (000616-06152-0). The Contractor that did the work for this project is also the same Contractor who win be doing the Old Mill Rood project When they remobilize into Centerville the Contractor will Jix the items left on their ftnal punch list. 8. Centenrille TOWDOfliee Park ~ Addition (000616-06152-0). Untkrground utility work has been completed. Contractors are still working on the project site. 9. Oeanvater Creek Estates (000616-06154-0). Grading win be done in conj1mction with the City project on Old Mill Road, b1Jt under separate contract.
