The Background Report was presented to a joint meeting of the Planning Commission and City Council on June 5, 2007. Bonestroo is in process of preparing new goals and policies based on a revision of the 1997 version recently completed by the Planning Commission and Park Board Bonestroo will present a draft of the new goals and policies to a joint meeting of the Planning Commission and City Council at a meeting on August fh. 13.2009 Street and UtDity Improvements (000616-07158-0). The City should decide if there are "'0' of these comments which they would like addressed by the Owner's engineer before the site is finished We are assisting Mr. Larson with wetland issues on the site and will10171lUlate some recommendations lor proceeding with any associated work. 16. Downtown Redevelopment Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan (000616-07161-0). A number 01 figures are being drafted showing the proposed sewer, water, storm sewer and other itifrastructuTe that will serve the redevelopment. The figures will be part of a report that will serve as the guide for individual project plans as each phase is develoPed 17. Downtown Redevelopment Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W) (000616-07162- 0). Due to the number 01 resJdmtial units being proposed, law requiTes the preparation of an EA. ~ This study will eval1J!Be impacts to both the natural and built environments resulting from the redevelopment of the downtown.
