That would help assure that the light goes where it is intended <br />and doesn't become a nuisance to adjoining streets and residential properties. <br /> <br />If this use is allowed, more should be required to enhance the appearance of the building. <br />Building materials required by the Code include: "face brick, finished block, or other <br />textured masonry product approved by the Commission." Further that "buildings are <br />required to have contrasting architectural features and designed to be aesthetically <br />pleasing." The current design is very plain and industrial in its appearance.
