I haved owned these parcels for almost 20 years. <br /> <br />In the 20 years of my doing business within the City of Centerville, this is the fourth different plan I have <br /> <br />seen for downtown. <br /> <br />I wish you much success and happiness with your plan and the city's new plan. <br /> <br />However, for the sake of clarity for yourselves and anyone who looks at your plans, you should not <br />include any of my property in your planning. I will not be selling any of the property to anyone for about <br />the next 20 years. <br /> <br />When I do sell, it will be after I have become the longest held/owned bar in Centerville history (40 years) <br /> <br />and this is my retirement property. <br /> <br />Also, please note that I have taken great offense to everyone that does not have the backbone to talk to <br />~.II"Jjj? my property for their own self indulgence. <br /> <br />pg[} <br />
