I have asked for <br />a recalculation ofCentervilIe's share based upon the bid award and assume that will be <br />forthcoming shortly. <br /> <br />The JPA agreement specified a payment schedule for the City's share, but that was based <br />upon the assumption that bids would be taken in March or April. I don't think anyone <br />expected that the delay to August. In order to allow us time to issue bonds or make other <br />arrangements to fund our share, we propose that the second payment that would have <br />been due in June be deferred to January.
