Pheasant Manh 31"11 Addition (000616-03134-0). The only items left to be completed are removal and replacement of the bike path trail to correct the ponding areas. The Contractor also has to place the bituminous wear course. We have requested a schedule to finish the remaining work and will forward the schedule to the City once we receive it from the Contractor. The bituminous wear course will be installed following the completion of the bike path correction work. 2. Bunten Crossing 3n1 Addition (000616-05141-0). The Contractor continues to work on punch list items before scheduling wear course. We have requested a schedule for the wear course paving and will forward to the City as soon as we receive it. 3. 21st AvenuelBackage Road (000616-05143-0). A pay request which includes all final quantities will be on this agenda. We have reduced the retainage to 2%, which leaves us with enough money to haul out the topsoil pile that exists on the North side of Parcel B & C. The contract will remain open until the pile is gone or until October I, 2008, at which time we will have it removed The contractor has agreed to these terms and is confident the material can be hauled out by then Contractors from the Old Mill Road project are currently hauling and placing fill material on Parcel D and will continue for the next couple of weeks. We are working with the county to obtain the remainingfillfrom the CSAH 14 project. 4. 2006 Storm Water Analysis (000616-06146-0). The results of this study have been incorporated into the Feasibility Study for the 2009 Street Improvement Project. 5. Old Mill Road Improvements (000616-06147-0). The Contractor is currently working on the pond area of the project installing storm sewer and draintile. The private utilities are in the process of being relocated along Old Mill Road to accommodate our new infrastructure. The Contractor will be installing the Sanitary Sewer the week of the lOth with water main and services to follow. 6. Fairview Street Improvements (000616-06148-0). Contractor will be paving the bituminous driveway to the Lift Station by the end of week. The Contractor has a few punch list items and Bid items remaining to finish before closing the project out. The work is anticipated to be finished within the next few weeks. 7. Block 7 Redevelopment Grading and Utility Improvements (000616-06152-0). The Contractor will be re-televising a portion of the sanitary sewer line to re-inspect a service connection. The remaining punch list items will be addressed after the completion of the re- televising.
