<br />8. Centerville Townoffice Park 2Bd Addition (000616-06152-0). A project walk-thru will be <br />completed within a couple of weeks once the Contractor has things ready for an inspection. <br /> <br />9. Clearwater Creek Estates (Banzai Property) (000616-06154.0). Grading is nearing <br />completion. Seeding and other restoration work will be competed shortly. <br /> <br />10. Hidden Spring Park (000616-07155-0). The Contractor has replaced the damaged plugs <br />along the shoreline, installed the new plantings along the edges of the rain garden and has <br />completed all but a few punch list items. A pay request is on this agenda which includes full <br />payment for all items except the rain garden plantings and the swing bench which has yet to be <br />installed Full retainage is still being held on this request. The rain garden planting <br />establishment period is nearly complete. At the end of this period, an inspection will be <br />completed and replacement of any dead plants will occur at that time at no additional cost to <br />the City. <br /> <br />11. Downtown Overhead Power Relocation (000616-07156-0). Clearwater powerlines is in <br />limbo until Xcel gets it back on their schedule. When CSAH 14 slipped they took advantage of <br />that to schedule other work ahead of this. <br /> <br />12. Comprehensive Plan (000616-07157-0). Updated goals have been presented during a joint <br />meeting of the Planning Commission and City Council at a meeting on August th. Revisions <br />and additions discussed at the meeting have been made and forwarded to the City for <br />distribution to Planning Commission and City Council. The next step is to review the land use <br />map and "alternative" stage. During this stage we will look towards the City's full build out <br />and population projections. A presentation of the draft proposed future land use map will be <br />given to the Planning Commission and City Council on October 2nd 2007. <br /> <br />13. 2009 Street and Utility Improvements (000616-07158-0). The Feasibility Report will be <br />presented to the council at a workshop after this council meeting. A public open house for the <br />project has been scheduled for October lh. <br /> <br />14. CSAH 14 Construction Services (000616-07159-0). A preconstruction meeting is scheduled <br />for Monday, September 10, at 10:00 at the Anoka County Highway Department offices. We <br />will be in attendance along with City Staff. <br /> <br />15. New Public Works Facility (000616-07160-0). We have reviewed the site plan and submitted <br />our comments to the City. The City should decide if there are any of these comments which <br />they would like addressed by the Owner's engineer before the site is finished. Weare assisting <br />Mr. Larson with wetland issues on the site and will formulate some recommendations for <br />proceeding with any associated work. <br /> <br />16. Downtown Redevelopment Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan (000616-07161-0). We met <br />with staff to review the preliminary drawings of sewer, water, storm sewer, streetscaping and <br />trails. Revisions to those drawings are being made based on staff comments. A meeting has <br />been set up with the Rice Creek Watershed District to discuss storm water treatment options. <br /> <br />17. Downtown Redevelopment Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W) (000616-07162- <br />0). The EA W is being submitted to the City Council for review and approval at the September <br />12, 2007 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />18. Miscellaneous <br />. We are working with the Public Works department to shape a pond and ditch <br />maintenance policy/plan and annual budget. -Eruiqfmemo- <br />
