Reauest for Conditional Use Permit (Bennett & Koch ConstructionfLake Area <br />Utilities) - 6995 - 20th Avenue South <br /> <br />Mr. Will Lessard, 6995 20th Avenue, stated that he had a perspective tenant interested in <br />renting his property to operate a warehouse and store vehicles and trailers associated with <br />operating a construction business. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson asked if the property behind this area would be part of the <br />lease. <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard replied that it would not be part of the leased property. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:36 p.m. <br /> <br />Page 1 of3 <br />
