This letter serves to follow up on the tile drain discussions held on site at the time <br />of inspection. <br /> <br />The additional drain tile is acceptable in terms of the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />permit. The necessary treatment for this site is contained within the main part ofthe <br />raingarden. The swale exists to convey and treat overflow from this main raingarden in <br />I arge rain fall events. <br /> <br />The swale does need to be operating as the overflow path rather than the overland area <br />where the drain tile was installed. This was discussed during the site meeting and the <br />necessary adjustments were agreed upon. <br /> <br />These items are part ofRCWD standards and are enforceable under RCWD Rule (MS <br />103D).
