Pheasant Marsh 3n1 Addition (000616-03134-0). The only item left to be completed is the <br />removal and replacement of the bike path trail to correct the ponding O1'eas, which is scheduled <br />to be completed within the next week or so. <br /> <br />1. Hunten Crossing 3'" Addition (000616-0S141-0), The wear course paving was being <br />completed at the time of this report. The developer has been contacted and has been sweeping <br />the roods as they will need to be clean prior to paving. <br /> <br />3. 21" AvenueJBackage Road (000616-05143-0). We are working with the county's contractor <br />to obtain the remaining fiU for Parcel D from the CSA// /4 project. We Sf!nt the contractor a <br />letter outlining the conditions/specifications for the soil placement. He is currently reviewing <br />those conditions and should get back to us soon. <br /> <br />4. Old Mill Road Improvements (000616-06147-0). The Contractor is currently working on the <br />Installation 0/ water main and services. The pond arfNl Is complete eJWept for the final <br />placement of topsoil and permanent seeding. Storm sewer construction is expected next week. <br />The Contractor's schedule has been challenged by utility relocations. We will be drafting a <br />formal change order to extend the completion date to October Jljh. <br /> <br />5. Fairview Street Improvements (000616-06148-0). The Contractor recently finished the <br />gravel shouldering along the turn lane and completed the proper striping and signing. Only a <br />few punch list items remain to be completed <br /> <br />6. Block 7 Redevelopment Grading and Utility Improvements (000616-06152-0). A portion of <br />the sanitary sewer will be pressure tested to ensure its integrity. The remaining punch list <br />items will be addressed after the completion of the testing. <br /> <br />7. Centerville Townoffice Park 2nd Addition (000616-06152-0). A project walk-thru will be <br />completed within a couple of weeks once the Contractor has things ready for an inspection. <br /> <br />8. Clearwater Creek Estates (Banzai Property) (000616-06154-0). Grading is substantially <br />complete. <br /> <br />9. Hidden Spring Park (000616-07155-0). All items on our list discussed at the last council <br />meeting should be completed by the 12th with the exception of the rain garden plant <br />replacements which will be held over until spring. The shoreline will receive some temporary <br />fixes this fall with plant replacements next spring. <br /> <br />10. Downtown Overhead Power Relocation (000616-07156-0). While we have an easementfrom <br />Chauncey Barett, there are trees off of the easement that would overhang the line. Xcel is not <br />okay with that. Property owners have not been especially cooperative because they do not wish <br />to lose their trees. We are meetinv with R.l <Trant tomorrow to see if we can move the line tn the <br />
