He stated <br />there would still be money withheld for the rain garden plantings, a swing bench, and the <br />five percent retainage fees He stated the amount owed after this payment would be <br />approximately $15,000. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra questioned if there was anything of concern still on the list. <br /> <br />Councilmember Paar commented on the plantings and stated that he would prefer to wait <br />until spring to plant and begin the one year warranty at that time He stated that he is <br />disappointed in the well. He stated his biggest concern is the shoreline restoration. He <br />indicated he is confident and trusts that Bonestroo would fix this. <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz stated that Bonestroo would take the responsibility for the shoreline <br />concerns and issues. He requested Viet receive payment as they performed per <br />specifications. <br /> <br />Council member Lee stated he ab'1'eed with Councilmember Paa!'. He believes the shoreline <br />was built as designed and the water feature built to function properly. He stated that he <br />believes Viet built per the design. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to <br />approve the Viet & Companv, Inc. Pay ReQuest #3 - Hidden Sprin\: Park <br />Improvements in the amount of $50,199.04 based on Council observations and the <br />recommendations ofthe City Enl!ineer. All in favor. An.Q,ka County Citv Joint Po\y.~!,s Agreement for Mutual Aiel <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson eXplained that this is a replacement to the previous agreement <br />He pointed out it references Police, Public Works, and the Fire Department. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser commented that this was honed down to emergency services. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded by Council Member Paar. to approve the <br />Anoka County City Joint Powers Al!reement for Mutu/II Aid as recommended by tbe <br />City Attornev.
