City Administrator Glaser stated that he would check on this. Mayor Capra commented that looking for mutual aide from much farther away is a better idea as more than one city within the county could be affected. 2. North Metro Telecommunications Commission Model Additional Franchise Template a. Resolution #07-034 Model Franchise Ordinance Utilized by Competitive Cable Franchise Applicants City Administrator Larson reported that communities are trying to respond positively and one allegation from cable companies is that cities impede their ability to provide services. He stated that all communities would be approving the template and would expect that all franchisees abide by the same ordinance. Councilmember Lakso provided additional information and stated the benefits of approving this resolution. Discussion ensued. Resolution #07-035 Authorizing the Issuance Establishing the Terms Providill8 for the Sale of $2.600.000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 2007 A Mr. John Meyer, Finance Director, explained the process of general obligation bonds for Fairview Street, CSAH 14, and Old Mill Road.
