City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 10, 2007 <br />City Administrator Larson reported the second item for discussion would be the downtown <br />redevelopment project. <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz stressed that staff encourages feedback from the residents. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard, seconded by Council Member Paar, to <br />directed Staff to draft a letter requesting the redirection of truck traffic at Centerville <br />th <br />Road rather than 20 Avenue. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that the next step in the Comp Plan update is to hold the <br />public meeting on November 13, 2007. He stated a general notice would be in the <br />newspaper and letters would be sent to a small number of residents impacted by a change <br />in the land use plan. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Other <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee reported that the Parks and Recreation Committee met last <br />Wednesday and work on Tracie McBride Park was discussed. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated there are openings on the Parks and Recreation Committee. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to adjourn the <br />October 10, 2007 City Council Meeting at 7:45 p.m. All in favor.
