City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 10, 2007 <br /> <br />2. Site Plan Review – Mr. Greg Watson Construction Design/Build (Creative Kids <br />th <br />Daycare Facility at 6907 – 20 Avenue South <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz commented the full plans are still required for review. He commented <br />the same issues of County right-of-way, wetlands, and assessments are still at issue. <br /> <br />Mr. Greg Watson, ARC Builders, addressed the concerns of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard, seconded by Council Member Paar, to <br />approve the Creative Kids Daycare Facility Site Plan contingent upon the approval of <br />the City Engineer. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Changes to City of Centerville Water and/or Sewer Mains <br /> <br />a. Resolution #07-037 Establishing Minimum Hook-Up Charges <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that this is an updated to a resolution approved about <br />two years ago to establish required charges. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve <br />Resolution #07-037, a Resolution Establishing Minimum Hook-Up Charges to City of <br />Centerville Water and/or Sewer Mains. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />4.Change Order #1 - Old Mill Road <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz presented a change order prepared for Old Mill Road. He stated that <br />the delay is mainly due to utility relocation delays out of the developer’s control. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard, seconded by Council Member Paar, to <br />approve Contingent upon Contractors Signature. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br /> <br /> <br />1.City Administrator Larson <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported on the session held last week to talk to property <br />owners about the 2009 projects.
