Pheasant Manh 3n1 Addition (000616-03134-0). The trail has been patched to correct <br />drainage problems. Minor restoration and approval of record plans remain before the <br />contract can be finaled <br /> <br />1. Hunten Crossing 3n1 Addition (000616-05141-0). Wear course paving is complete. We are <br />awaiting IC-134 forms from the contractor before issuing a final pay requests. <br /> <br />3. list AvenuelBaekage Road (000616-05143-0). Retainage has been reduced and the contract <br />will remain open until the topsoil pile is removed <br /> <br />The County's contractor for the CSAH 14 Improvements intends to place fill from their <br />excavations on our Parcel D. <br /> <br />4. Old Mill Road Improvements (000616-06147.0). Paving is scheduled for Friday, the 9h. <br />Seeding will follow the week of the J th. <br /> <br />5. Fairview Street Improvements (000616-06148-0). We are awaiting IC-J34 forms from the <br />contractor before issuing a final pay request. <br /> <br />6. Block 7 Redevelopment Grading and Utility Improvements (000616-06152-0). The <br />contractor will be repairing a cracked section of sanitary sewer pipe the week of the 12"'. <br /> <br />7. Centerville Townoffice Park 2nd Addition (000616-06152-0). A punch list will be created <br />the week of the 1 th. <br /> <br />8. Clearwater Creek Estates (Hanzal Property) (000616-06154.0). Grading is substantially <br />complete. <br /> <br />9. Hidden Spring Park (000616-07155-0). All items on our list discussed at the last council <br />meeting should be completed by the 12th with the exception of the rain garden plant <br />replacements which will be held over until spring. The shoreline will receive some temporary <br />fixes this fall with plant replacements next spring. <br /> <br />10. Downtown Overhead Power Relocation (000616-07156-0). The south ROW of Heritage <br />Street has been staked Negotiations with homeowners continue. <br /> <br />11. Comprehensive Plan (000616-07157-0). Centerville will host a public open house to share <br />the alternatives that the Planning Commission and City Council has developed for the <br />Comprehensive Plan. The meeting will be on November 13th from 4:30 to 7 pm at the Saint <br />Genevieve Community Center at 6995 Centerville Road After hearing input from the public,sthe Planning Commission and City Council will decide on a preferred alternative and begin <br />draftin{T the nlan. <br />
