The <br />Feasibility Report is being revised to reflect incorporate public comments and council <br />concerns. The Feasibility Report should be adopted and a public hearing should be scheduled <br />Preliminary survey work will need to begin shortly to avoid interference from snowcover. <br /> <br />13. CSAH 14 Construction Services (000616-07159-0). Water main and Forcemain work <br />between the lakes is complete. <br /> <br />14. Downtown Redevelopment Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan (000616-07161-0). The <br />plan has been revised to include a phasing plan. The city council should adopt the plan at <br />some point as a guide for the construction of the public irifrastructure. <br /> <br />15.
