<br />City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 24, 2007 <br /> <br />E. Peltier Lake Drive <br /> <br />Consensus was reached to support the 28-foot street width design. <br /> <br />F. Driveway Restoration <br /> <br />Consensus was reached to match, in-kind, driveway skirt materials and require the <br />contractor to match the flares and quality of materials. Photos are to be taken of each <br />driveway prior to construction. <br /> <br />G. Clearwater Drive Cul-de-sac Options <br /> <br />Consensus was reached to reduce the cul-de-sac size per the recommendation of the <br />Public Works Department. <br /> <br />H. Assessment Issues <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the assessment estimates were based upon the <br />2004 Policy. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Consensus was reached to review the 2004 Policies further relative to the 2009 Street <br />Project and appropriateness with state laws. <br /> <br />2. Downtown Infrastructure Improvement <br /> <br />A. Proposed Trail Route <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz updated Council on the trails and potential routes to Laurie LaMotte <br />Park. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee stated that he would like input from the Parks and Recreation <br />Committee before a decision is made. <br /> <br />B. Proposed On-Street Parking Locations <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz indicated that many areas did not warrant on-street parking.
