The following comments
have been gathered from the Highway Department:

· CSAH 14 is one of the few continuous east-west routes in Anoka County. Within the proposed
project area it is classified as an "A" Minor Arterial. Improvements based on the
travel forecasts are currently under construction. The proposed changes in land use for the City
of Centerville outlined in the EA W vary from the information that was used to prepare travel
forecasts for the improvements currently being constructed on CSAH 14.
