Since these intersections seem to be significantly <br />impacted by the proposed development, analysis of the intersection operations at the <br />interchange intersections should be considered. In addition, based on the CSAH 14 Study <br />completed by SRF, the CSAH 14 ramp intersections were operating at poor levels of <br />service during the p.m. peak hour under existing geometric and traffic control conditions. <br />Therefore, these intersections should be evaluated to determine the impacts from the <br />proposed development. <br />
