CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra reconvened the October 24, 2007, City Council Work Session at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />II. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1. 2009 Street Project <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz reported that on the 2009 Street and Utility Improvement Project. He <br />presented questions to the City Council concerning which items should be included in the <br />project. He distributed the questions in outline format. <br /> <br />A. Water Connections to Homes <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra clarified that the 2009 project is based on the Pavement Management <br />Study. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra requested that City Engineer Statz summarize the survey results. <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz reported 31 comment forms were received. He summarized the <br />results of the survey. He reported that in general, residents are opposed to the 2009 Street <br />
