City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />October 2, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Bladholm pointed out the location on the site plan. <br /> <br />th <br />Ms. Anderson stated the address to the building is on 20 Avenue and the building faces <br />th <br />20 Avenue. She questioned why then are the driveways located on Center Street. She <br />asked about concerns relative to semi trucks on Center Street. <br /> <br />th <br />Chair Hanson replied that access on 20 Avenue is limited by the County. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied these are weight-restricted roads; therefore, residents <br />should notify the police. He stated he would have the engineer review the plans. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson inquired about the discrepancy of the boundaries. <br /> <br />Mr. Bladholm replied that the boundaries were adjusted. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson questioned whether the driveway met the requirement of a 100-foot <br />distance from an intersection. <br /> <br />Mr. Bladholm replied the requirement has been met. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson asked whether the cornice would be on the other elevations. <br /> <br />Mr. Bladholm replied that they would be on all elevations. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson questioned the number of parking stalls required. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that approximately 60 stalls are required. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson commented that Stone Construction is short 18 parking stalls. <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Stone, Stone Construction, pointed out where additional stalls could be <br />designated. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson instructed Stone Construction to indicate the additional stalls <br />prior to submitting the plan to the City Council. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson asked if egress access was required on the south side of the building. <br /> <br />Mr. Stone commented that the building had a sprinkler system and met required safety <br />features. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Pangell, seconded by Commissioner Wood, to approve the <br />Site Plan for Multi Web Processing (Stone Construction) to include the Fence <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
