All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson stated that the site plan would be on City Council agenda on October 24, <br />2007 <br /> <br />2. Site Plan Review – Mr. Greg Watson Construction Design/Build (Creative Kids <br />th <br />Daycare Facility at 6907 20 Avenue South. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson displayed the site plan for the Creative Kids Daycare Facility <br />thth <br />at 6907 20 Avenue South. He reported the County would not approve access off 20 <br />Avenue; therefore, the entrance is at the westerly end of Center Street. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard inquired about the playground location. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson pointed out the playground location on the south side of the <br />property. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Pangell, to approve the <br />th <br />Site Plan for Construction Design/Build (Creative Kids Daycare Facility at 6907 20 <br />Avenue South with Addition Information Provided on Lighting, Elevation, and the <br />Trash Receptacle Location. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Hansen/Mr. and Mrs. Erick Marshall, 1588 and 1580 Sorel <br />Street Request for Lot Line/Lot Split Redefinitions. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson displayed a preliminary plat depicting the two lots. He stated <br />that this is a logical request. He commented there is an easement issue and a sewer <br />easement issue that need to be displayed on the plat. He stated that this is a permanent <br />conveyance that would remain with the property. <br /> <br /> <br />City Administrator Larsonstated that because the lots do not meet the normal lot width <br />standard, the public hearing could be scheduled with the understanding there might be a <br />variance requirement. He stated that the City Attorney would review this prior to the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Pangell, to Schedule a <br />Public Hearing on the Request for Plat approval and including any variances that <br />the City Attorney deems necessary.
