Hansen/Marshall Request for Subdivision/Re-Platting of Lot Lines (1588 and 1580 <br />Sorel Street) <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson displayed a preliminary and final plat proposal depicting the <br />two lots. He stated this is a logical request to make the square footages and lake frontages <br />equal. He commented there are easements allowed for drainage and other City required <br />easements. He indicated the lots would not meet the normal lot width standard. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson opened the Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
