DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br /> <br />1.Vice Chair Position <br /> <br />Chair Hanson requested a member be appointed as Vice Chair. <br /> <br />Commissioner Love volunteered to be the Vice Chair. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Fehrenbacher to elect <br />Commissioner Love as the Vice Chair for the Planning and Zoning Commission. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued on topics to come before the Planning and Zoning Commission in the <br />future. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.October 2, 2007 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Pangell, seconded by Commissioner Wood, to approve the <br />Minutes of October 2, 2007 as presented.All in favor.
